SapaProMaterials ran a strong business within its region, but its reputation travelled on the back of its parent company, not its own name.

The work was to give it independence: a brand that could stand on its own, recognised for itself rather than borrowed credibility. We delivered a complete identity system and the strategic narrative to carry it forward — the foundation for SapaProMaterials to operate, and be seen, as a sovereign brand.
